Your return shipment begins by requesting your return from our contact page. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions and your return label.
Print your return label and stick it on the box, place the form listing which products you are returning in the box. Please ensure that returned products meet our return conditions.
Refer to your return instructions to see which delivery service will return your order to us. It is usually easy to find a local location where you can drop off your return package via the delivery service's website.

You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order to us free of charge using our contact page. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Returns can be sent up to 14 days after receiving your order.
- Toothpaste can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
- Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box).
- For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
- The following products cannot be returned: (digital) Goodbrush gift cards and personalised products.
Tip: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.

Have you received a gift with your order and are you returning the entire purchase? Then we would also like you to return your gift with your return shipment. If you wish to keep this, we will deduct the purchase amount of your gift from the amount to be returned.
How quickly will I receive my money after a return?

After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt. If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.
Gift card: if you have paid for your order with a gift card, we will return the purchase amount to that card. Be sure to hold onto your gift card for 90 days after placing your order. Did you pay with a gift card and another payment method? We will transfer the amount paid back to each payment method.
Post-payment: have you opted for post-payment? We will adjust your account at Klarna after processing your return. If you have already paid this, you will receive the purchase amount via Klarna.

Do you want to cancel your return, or do you want to return more or less than you indicated earlier? We will only process your request once we have received your products. So please don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to change anything. If you are not returning any items, you don’t have to do anything.

Exchanges are not possible, but you are very welcome to place a new order to get your hands on your favourite items! The products you wish to return can be returned to us free of charge by using our contact page.
